Currently, our Extended Day Program (EDP) is only open to Katimavik Elementary School students in Grade 4-6.

The Katimavik EDP follows the Ottawa Carleton District School Board (OCDSB) elementary school calendar. Our program runs every school day from 3:15 p.m. to 6 p.m. We are closed on PA Days, statutory holidays, Winter Break, March Break and Summer Break.

Fees for Katimavik EDP are collected on our online payment platform, Amilia. Please proceed to the “check-out” page after choosing your child’s monthly schedule. Payments can be made by credit card.

We accept registrations for EDP throughout the school year. Please follow the steps above to submit a new registration. Once you submit a completed BGC Ottawa membership form, you will receive an email confirmation.

There is no minimum registration requirement. To ensure flexibility, you will be able to register your child for every school day or specific days of the week (i.e., only Monday and Wednesdays). Please use the “drop-in” option on Amilia for schedules that may change weekly. For schedules that change month-to-month, we ask parents to submit new schedules at least one (1) week prior to the start of the month. Payment is required within the first three (3) business of each month.
